Summary: Sometimes awesome, sometimes not responsive or as fast as I'd hoped. No regrets with my car, though.
I purchased a used 2017 Honda CRV EX-L from Matt Smith. Matt was a great salesperson: calm, honest, reasonable, and clear. I really appreciated that he didn't try to pressure me and gave me tons of info up front. Recommend for sure. I got a vehicle that was right for me, and I had lots of context about its features and history.
After I bought the car, though, I had negative experiences with this dealership which brought my review down.
About ten minutes after I drove off the lot—and right after I returned my pre-purchase rental car—a TON of errors popped up on the display. Instant panic. I drove back to the lot and was provided a rental car while mine was repaired. Wali, the repair associate/coordinator (?) said he would let me know as soon as they were able to diagnose the issue and as soon as my car was ready. Instead, I had to chase him down in order to get my car back two days later than expected. He even texted me saying he'd call—and then totally ghosted me! Honda's policy is that you return the rental the day your car is ready, which is totally fair, but the lack of communication meant I had to cancel my evening plans throughout the week.
Then, about a month after I bought the car, I got a call from Daniel that he was looking to schedule an appointment for me to get my second car key cut. (This was agreed upon when I purchased the car.) I left two voicemails with him to schedule an appointment and never heard back. When I called the main phone number, I was able to get a day of appointment, though. I waited about two hours, since they were busy, and went on my way.
Overall, the buying purchase was great. The communication from the repair shop could be improved, though. I'll still return here for repairs, but I now know to be extra proactive in order to get a reply.

I have had the pleasure of working with Alyssa on my past 2 leases and I couldn't be more pleased with each experience. Deciding what to do at the end of a lease can be a very stressful decision and situation. Alyssa listened very carefully to the specifics of my situation and presented several options, each detailing features, financing, warranties, additional protective body coverage etc. What really stood out was how she explained things in a way that I understood. Summary: Sometimes awesome, sometimes not responsive or as fast as I'd hoped. No regrets with my car, though.
I purchased a used 2017 Honda CRV EX-L from Matt Smith. Matt was a great salesperson: calm, honest, reasonable, and clear. I really appreciated that he didn't try to pressure me and gave me tons of info up front. Recommend for sure. I got a vehicle that was right for me, and I had lots of context about its features and history.
After I bought the car, though, I had negative experiences with this dealership which brought my review down.
About ten minutes after I drove off the lot—and right after I returned my pre-purchase rental car—a TON of errors popped up on the display. Instant panic. I drove back to the lot and was provided a rental car while mine was repaired. Wali, the repair associate/coordinator (?) said he would let me know as soon as they were able to diagnose the issue and as soon as my car was ready. Instead, I had to chase him down in order to get my car back two days later than expected. He even texted me saying he'd call—and then totally ghosted me! Honda's policy is that you return the rental the day your car is ready, which is totally fair, but the lack of communication meant I had to cancel my evening plans throughout the week.
Then, about a month after I bought the car, I got a call from Daniel that he was looking to schedule an appointment for me to get my second car key cut. (This was agreed upon when I purchased the car.) I left two voicemails with him to schedule an appointment and never heard back. When I called the main phone number, I was able to get a day of appointment, though. I waited about two hours, since they were busy, and went on my way.
Overall, the buying purchase was great. The communication from the repair shop could be improved, though. I'll still return here for repairs, but I now know to be extra proactive in order to get a reply.
