I was very impressed with the level of service I received when I brought my vehicle in when the AC was not working. They offered a loaner and mentioned it would be a few days until they could get it fixed. I was texted multiple times with updates throughout the process and when I went to pick up my vehicle, it was so easy and I was on my way within a minute or two. I live much closer to two other Honda dealers, but I will definitely continue to make the trip to Richfield Bloomington Honda for all of my service needs.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received when I brought my vehicle in when the AC was not working. They offered a loaner and mentioned it would be a few days until they could get it fixed. I was texted multiple times with updates throughout the process and when I went to pick up my vehicle, it was so easy and I was on my way within a minute or two. I live much closer to two other Honda dealers, but I will definitely continue to make the trip to Richfield Bloomington Honda for all of my service needs.
